Building a Community

The vision and plan for Space Coast Town Center is one of an neo-urban, walkable community that is at the heart of the region’s employers, attractions and traffic patterns. As a member of this community, you are a part of the network of businesses, homes and amenities that encompass your daily activities. It’s a community planned for everything from the biggest tech and aerospace firms to local small shop retailers and gourmet dining - all at your fingertips.

This revolutionary development is already starting to take shape. The first of the residential opportunities at Space Coast Town Center is under construction now! Integra Station will include 300 multi-family units and is scheduled to deliver February 2022, officially bringing this community to life.

The Space Coast Region

Business location and expansion? Florida is the place to be – and the Space Coast is the place to be in Florida. The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast effectively promotes the needs of business today.  And, businesses are paying attention.  From January 2010 – April 2015, among the counties that received Florida Qualified Target Industry incentives, the Space Coast (Brevard County) was one of only 6 Florida counties which had 30 or more projects (according to Enterprise Florida the state economic development arm).

Looking at the same data set over a two year period, from January 2010 – April 2015, Brevard County ranks among all Florida counties as follows: #1 in retained jobs (6,816); #2 in projected capital investment ($1,176.3M); #3 in anticipated new jobs (8,175); #5 in total number of projects (42). And 2016-2019 is looking even more promising as the data come in.

Thriving Area for Business

A new genesis of commercial space enterprises, called "NewSpace," is emerging on Florida's Space Coast where astronauts once departed for the moon missions of our youth. Today these missions are reaching entirely new apogees and exploding in number. Brevard County is now seeing booming growth thanks to the expanding economy and the exponential growth in NewSpace companies. Below is a list of the top Aerospace employers who have chosen to make Florida’s Space Coast their corporate home.
